Overall goal


Das Ergebnis dieses Projekts ist der Aufbau eines Marktes für Gerüste und andere Metallgerüstmaterialien in Serbien. Das vorliegende Projekt will einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Sicherheitsstandards bei serbischen Bauprojekten leisten.


Expected results


Das Projektziel ist erreicht, wenn Gerüste und andere Metallgerüstmaterialien mit den neuesten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards vor Ort produziert und in der Folge vertrieben werden sowie ein Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit bei Unternehmen, Verbänden und öffentlichen Einrichtungen geschaffen wurde.

 


Target group / Beneficiaries


Von dem Projekt profitieren mindestens 10 zuständige Regierungsstellen, lokale Firmen und Contractors sowie 500 Angestellte der lokalen Firmen. Es werden 25 Jobs vor Ort geschaffen.


Activities


Um das Ziel zu erreichen werden...

- ein Train-the-Trainer-Programm (technisches sowie Sicherheitstraining) durchgeführt um das Wissen bezüglich der Produktion und Montage von Gerüsten aufzubauen.

- Contractors identifiziert und erste Zusammenarbeiten aufgebaut um die Sinnhaftigkeit der Gerüstmaterialien zu demonstrieren.

- Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit auf Baustellen geschaffen wurde

- die Produktion für Gerüste aufgebaut .


Context


Bisher gibt es in Serbien wenig Bewusstsein für Sicherheitsstandards auf Baustellen. Aufgrund der großen Nachfrage nach verbesserter Infrastruktur entsteht ein zunehmendes Bewusstsein für die Notwendigkeit von Sicherheitsstandards sowie gibt es einen steigenden Druck auf die Verwaltung.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
