Overall goal



Im Armenviertel von Succheava gibt es eine kleine psychatrische Anstalt mit ca. 80 Betten, deren Gebäude in einem sehr schlechten Zustand sind, zudem gibt es keine beschäftigungs-therapeutischen Angebote für die PatientInnen.


Im Rahmen dieses Projektes sollen die Gebäude generalsaniert werden (Reinigung, Ausmalen, Ausbessern von Böden, Installieren von Heizung und Warmwasser, ...), wobei die einfachen Arbeiten von den PatientInnen selbst erledigt werden können. Daneben sollen ergotherapeutische Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für die PatientInnen geschaffenw erden, u.a. durch die Einrichtung eines PatientInnenkeffeehauses und Arbeiten im anstaltseigenen Obst- und Gemüsegarten, was auch die Qualität der Verpflegung der PatientInnen steigert.


Weiters ist die Einrichtung eines Clubhauses geplant, dass niederschwellige Sozial- und Rechtsberatung für Menschen mit psychischen Problemen anbietet. Von diesem Zentrum aus sollen auch Aktivitäten der Anti-Stigma-Arbeit und Gemeinwesensarbeit initiiert werden.
