Overall goal


Das entwicklungspolitische Informationsbüro der Initiative Eine Welt (IEW) bringt mit seinem Bildungs- und Kulturprogramm entwicklungspolitische Themen regional ein. Die Sustainable Development Goals werden mit konkreten Infos und Beispielen nicht nur einem jungen Publikum zugänglich gemacht.


Expected results


Bei Informationsveranstaltungen, Vorträgen oder Filmabenden nehmen etwa 1.000 Personen darunter auch viele Meinungsbildner teil. Die verschiedenen Angebote für MultiplikatorInnen, PädagogInnen und SchülerInnen verschiedener Schulstufen beinhalten Veranstaltungen, Wasserworkshops, Workshops zu Fairem Handel und Filmabende. Etwa 20 ehrenamtliche MitarbeiterInnen nehmen an Schulungen teil und bringen sich dann in die Bildungs- und Informationsarbeit ein.


Target group / Beneficiaries


Die Zielgruppe sind Jugendliche, Ehrenamtliche, zivilgesellschaftliche Gruppen, MultiplikatorInnen, BürgerInnen und die allgemeine Öffentlichkeit in Braunau und im Raum Innviertel. Die gute regionale Vernetzung und Kontakte zu Medien und Entscheidungsträgern stellen eine gute Ausgangsbasis für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung dar.


Activities


Die Aktivitäten umfassen Beratung zu entwicklungspolitischen und interkulturellen Fragen, Workshops und Verleih von Medien (Bücher, Filme, CDs, Spiele, didaktisches Material, Themenkoffer) für entwicklungspolitisch Interessierte, MultiplikatorInnen, PädagogInnen, ehrenamtliche MitarbeiterInnen und Schulen. Mit Film, Frauencafé oder Biofairem Frühstück werden niederschwellige Angebote gesetzt, die eine große Zielgruppe erreichen. Alle Aktivitäten werden durch Öffentlichkeitsarbeit begleitet.

Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von Euro 83.300 mit Euro 52.000 (62,42%) für 2 Jahre gefördert.
