Overall goal


Die Arbeitsgemeinschaft Globale Verantwortung vertritt national und international die Interessen von 42 zivilgesellschaftlichen Entwicklungsorganisationen. Erfolgreiche nachhaltige Armutsbekämpfung benötigt das Zusammenwirken verschiedener Akteure, dabei können die verschiedenen Potenziale den Beitrag zu einer nachhaltigen sozialen und ökologischen Entwicklung vergrößern. Dies gilt auch für entwicklungspolitische/humanitäre Organisationen und private Unternehmen, es gilt mögliche Synergien zu nützen. Dialogpartner im Projekt sind österreichische Unternehmen, die in Entwicklungsländern tätig sind oder werden wollen, die Mitgliedsorganisationen der AG Globale Verantwortung sowie die Dachverbände Wirtschaftskammer Österreich und Industriellenvereinigung. Die AG Globale Verantwortung tritt hier als Drehscheibe und facilitator auf.

Das Projekt leistet einen Beitrag, die Qualität und Quantität von Multistakeholder-Partnerschaften zu steigern und beinhaltet: Dialog und Vernetzung in Österreich und international, Identifizierung von Potenzialen und Schnittstellen und Lernen aus Kooperationen

Ergebnisse:

Analysen, Erhebungen und 6 Fallstudien bilden die Basis für verschiedene Vernetzungs- und Dialogtreffen. In 5 Workshops werden gemeinsame Schnittstellen und Arbeitsfelder, eine Projekt- und Kooperationslandkarte sowie Schlüsselkriterien und Leitlinien erfolgreicher Kooperationen erarbeitet. Auf der abschließenden Multistakeholder-Veranstaltung mit etwa 120 TeilnehmerInnen werden die wichtigsten Ergebnisse sowie praxisrelevante Unterlagen präsentiert.

Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von Euro 99.000.- in der Höhe von Euro 80.000.- (80,81%) gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
