Overall goal


Ziel des Projekts ist die Errichtung einer barrierefreien und inklusiven Bäckerei und eines Coffee-Shops in Gyumri (Armenien) und die Förderung der Inklusion von Menschen mit Behinderungen (MmB) in den Arbeitsmarkt. Damit soll zur finanziellen Nachhaltigkeit und Diversifizierung der Ressourcen des von der Caritas Armenien betriebenen Tageszentrums für Kinder mit Behinderungen „Emili Aregak Center“ beigetragen werden.


Expected results


1.1: Eine Bäckerei mit innovativer, umweltfreundlicher und kostensparender Technologie ist in Gyumri errichtet.

1.2: Ein barrierefreier Coffee Shop ist in Gyumri errichtet.

1.3: Eine Wertschöpfungskette für sozial und umweltgerecht hergestellte Produkte ist geschaffen.

2.1: 50 Menschen mit Behinderungen haben Trainings absolviert, 30 sind in die Produktion von Gütern involviert und 15 haben eine Anstellung gefunden.

2.2: Bewusstsein für die Inklusion von MmB am Arbeitsmarkt wurde geschaffen.


Target group / Beneficiaries


Ca. 200 direkt Begünstigte (Emili Aregak Day Care Center for Children with Multiple Disabilities in Gyumri; Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit Behinderungen; Eltern und Familien von MmB).


Activities


(1.1): Errichtung einer Bäckerei, die eine innovative, umweltfreundliche Ofentechnologie verwendet. On-the-job Training für MitarbeiterInnen.

(1.2): Errichtung eines barrierefreien Coffee Shops in Gyumri, wo die Backwaren aus der Bäckerei verkauft werden. Zusätzlich werden Produkte aus sozialen und umweltgerechten Projekten der Caritas oder anderer Organisationen angeboten; Marketing Kampagne.

(1.3): Entwicklung einer Wertschöpfungskette für sozial und umweltgerecht hergestellte Produkte. Errichtung eines Kräutergartens am Gelände des Emili Aregak Centers. Herstellung von Trockenfrüchten und Handwerksprodukten unter Einbindung von MmB. Marketing Kampagne und Branding.

(2.1): Förderung der Integration von MmB in den Arbeitsmarkt. On-the-job Trainings für MmB und Schaffung von 10 Arbeitsplätzen für MmB in der Bäckerei und im Coffee Shop.

(2.2): Bewusstseinsbildung für die Inklusion von MmB in den Arbeitsmarkt; Kooperation mit dem staatlichen Arbeitsmarktservice, mit Arbeitgebern und Medien, um positive Beispiele für die Inklusion von MmB hervorzuheben.


Context


Seit 2008 sind die Problemlagen von Menschen mit Behinderungen (MmB) ein besonderes Anliegen der Caritas. Ein diesbezüglicher Schwerpunkt in Armenien wurde im September 2015 mit der Errichtung des 'Emili Aregak Day Care Center for Children with Multiple Disabilities' in Gyumri gesetzt. Heute ist das Center ein Vorzeigeprojekt in Armenien, und seine ökologische und energieeffiziente Konstruktionstechnologie gilt als Modell für ganz Armenien. Nun wird nach innovativen Möglichkeiten gesucht, um die sozialen Dienstleistungen des Zentrums zu finanzieren. Gleichzeitig ist der Ausschluss von MmB am Arbeitsmarkt eines der dringendsten sozialen Probleme.


Der OEZA-Kofinanzierungsanteil beträgt 4,98 Prozent.
