Overall goal


Die erste Phase der durch die OEZA unterstützten Umwelterziehung in mazedonischen Grundschulen wurde mit der Herstellung des multimedialen Lehrmaterials "Green Pack" erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Aufgrund der großen Nachfrage nach dem Lehrmaterial sowie die nachhaltige Verwendung durch das Lehrpersonal, haben das mazedonische Bildungs- und Umweltministerium den Bedarf nach der Entwicklung eines gleichwertigen Lehrmaterials - dem "Green Pack Junior" - auch für Schüler/innen der unteren Schulstufen geäußert.

Ziel des Projektes ist die Verankerung der Umwelterziehung im Bildungssystem und die Unterstützung der nachhaltigen Entwicklung. Das Projekt trägt zur Aufklärung und Verhaltensänderung der jüngsten Bevölkerung Mazedoniens in den Bereichen des Umweltschutzes und der nachhaltigen Entwicklung bei.

Zielgruppe des Projektes sind ca. 100.000 Schüler im Alter von 5 bis 10 Jahren sowie ca. 550 Lehrer(innen) von allen Grundschulen in Mazedonien. Darüber hinaus sind deren Eltern, Verwandte und deren Freundeskreis indirekte Zielgruppen.

Das multimediale Lehrmaterial "Green Pack Junior" wird entwickelt, in 1800 Exemplaren hergestellt und in die mazedonische und albanische Sprache übersetzt. Das Lehrpersonal wird in Seminar-Veranstaltungen zur Verwendung im Schulbetrieb ausgebildet und regionale Plattform für den Informationsaustausch und die Zusammenarbeit im Umwelt- und Bildungsbereich gegründet.

Wesentliches Merkmal des Projektes sind Kleinprojekte in ausgewählten Gemeinden, wo den Schülern ermöglicht wird, das erlernte Wissen in den Bereichen des Umweltschutzes und der nachhaltigen Entwicklung in der Praxis umzusetzen.

Das Büro des Regional Environmental Center in Skopje in Zusammenarbeit mit dem mazedonischen Bildungs- und Umweltministerium sind für die Durchführung sowie für die Evaluierung des Lehrmaterials nach Projektabschluss verantwortlich.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
