Overall goal


Zielsetzungen des Projekts sind die Wissensvermittlung für junge Menschen zu entwicklungspolitischen Themen vor dem Hintergrund der SDGs, das Empowerment zum ehrenamtlichen Engagement, die Vernetzung von Jugendlichen mit Organisationen, die Möglichkeiten für ehrenamtliches Engagement bieten, sowie die Schaffung von Angeboten für Weiterbildungen zu interkulturellen und entwicklungspolitischen Themen für MultiplikatorInnen.

Target group / Beneficiaries


Regionale Ausrichtung: Wien (Schwerpunkt), Niederösterreich und Burgenland

Das AAI-Wien kooperiert mit verschiedenen internationalen Communities. Junge Menschen sollen über soziale Medien erreicht und ehrenamtlich tätige MitarbeiterInnen in ihren Kompetenzen gestärkt werden. Dazu werden Weiterbildungsangebote zu Projektmanagement, Kommunikation, Konfliktmanagement und inhaltlichen Themen angeboten. Die dritte Zielgruppe sind MultiplikatorInnen in der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit; für sie soll es Angebote für Weiterbildungen zu interkulturellen und entwicklungspolitischen Themen geben.


Activities


Vor dem Hintergrund der Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) wird für junge Menschen das Wissen über Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und das Verständnis für internationale Zusammenhänge aufbereitet. Als Einstiegsmöglichkeit werden Facebook und YouTube genutzt, um mit Jugendlichen in einen Dialog zu treten. Darüber hinaus werden Workshops angeboten. Gleichzeitig wird der Vernetzung der Jugendlichen mit Organisationen, die Möglichkeiten zur Mitarbeit anbieten, Raum gegeben. In Zusammenarbeit mit VertreterInnen der Communities werden Angebote zu technischen und inhaltlichen Workshops für Ehrenamtliche aus internationalen Communities erarbeitet und durchgeführt. Darüber hinaus werden Workshops zu interkulturellen und entwicklungspolitischen Themen für MultiplikatorInnen entwickelt und durchgeführt.

Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvoumen von Euro 35.800 mit Euro 10.000 (27,93%) gefördert.
