Overall goal


Das spezifische Projektziel lautet 'Stärkung und und Ausweitung der Partizipationsmöglichkeiten und des Einflussbereichs von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen in der Autonomen Nördlichen Atlantikregion Nicaraguas (RAAN)'. Das Projekt wird in den Gemeindebezirken Rosita, Bonanza und Prizapolka durchgeführt. Das Sozialsystem ist in der Region in einer Weise organisiert, dass die Partizipation für Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene eingeschränkt oder die Jugendlichen gänzlich ausgeschlossen sind. Das Gebiet kennzeichnet sich durch die Vielzahl von Ethnien und einer Multikulturalität seiner Bevölkerung, was sich in Konflikten und Streitigkeiten um Landrechte niedergeschlagen hat. Die Mehrzahl der Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen hat keinen Zugang zu Information, Bildung, Freizeitgestaltung, Mitbestimmung oder angemessener medizinischer Versorgung. Voraussetzungen, welche trotz der Marginalität des Gebiets, entscheidend zum Erwachsenwerden beitragen würden.

Direkte Zielgruppe des Projekts sind 6.000 Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene, die in Netzwerken organisiert sind; Mitglieder der 3 Gemeinderäte; 90 jugendliche Berater/innen; 30 Mitglieder der Gemeinderegierung; 90 Vorstehende von indigenen Gemeinschaften sowie 180 LehrerInnen. Indirekte Zielgruppe des Projektvorhabens sind etwa 20.000 Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene zwischen 12 und 25 Jahren aus den oben genannten Gemeindebezirken.


Erwartete Ergebnisse:

1) Netzwerke der Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen in den Gemeinschaften und auf Ebene der Gemeindebezirke, um für ihre Rechte einzutreten und diese einzufordern, sind gestärkt.

2) Ein begünstigendes Umfeld für die Entwicklung der Rechte von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen in den Gebieten und Gemeindebezirken (Interaktionsräume und erhöhte Sensibilisierung) ist geschaffen.

3) Jugendliche und junge Frauen sind aktiv in die Verteidigung ihrer Rechte miteinbezogen.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
