Overall goal


Ziel des Projektes ist die Stärkung der Selbstwirksamkeitskapazität von Kindern und Jugendlichen in drei ländlichen Gebieten der Republik Moldau. Um dies zu erreichen, werden Menschen aus dem direkten Umfeld der Kinder und Jugendlichen in Methoden der Jugendarbeit, Kommunikation, Ressourcenstärkung und Krisenintervention ausgebildet. Nach Ende der Orientierungs- und Ausbildungsphase sollen an verschiedenen Standorten regelmäßig stattfindende Jugendgruppen gegründet werden, wodurch den Kindern und Jugendlichen die Möglichkeit geboten wird, selbst an der Gestaltung ihrer Umwelt mitzuwirken, Perspektiven und emotionale Stabilität zu entwickeln. Durch die Einbindung von verantwortlichen erwachsenen Mitgliedern der Gemeinden und von Erziehungsberechtigten und Bezugspersonen wird langfristig eine nachhaltige Arbeit im Sinn der Kinder und Jugendlichen gewährleistet. Weiters steht eine online sowie persönliche Krisenintervention durch Psychologen zur Verfügung. Das Netzwerk der vier am Projekt beteiligten Nicht-Regierungs-Organisationen ist die Basis für die Setzung von Initiativen und Bewusstseinsbildung auf Policy-Ebene.


Erwartete Resultate:

• Insgesamt profitieren 3500 Kinder im Rahmen von Sommer Camps, Jugend Clubs und regelmäßigen Freizeitangeboten sowie psychologischer Krisenintervention von dem Projekt.

• Capacity Development auf regionaler Ebene für Kinder- und JugendbetreuerInnen

• Advocacy und Awareness Raising auf nationaler Ebene

• Netzwerkarbeit mit anderen NGOs die im Bereich Kinderrechte arbeiten

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
