Overall goal


Südwind Entwicklungspolitik Salzburg wird 2013-2014 seine entwicklungspolitische Bildungs- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit fortsetzen. Inhaltliche Jahresschwerpunkte werden 2013 die BRIC-Staaten (Indien-Schwerpunkt im Rahmen der Entwicklungspolitischen Hochschulwochen) und 2014 die Themen der 6. Österreichischen Entwicklungstagung (in Kooperation mit der Univ. Salzburg) sein. Die Auseinandersetzung zum Thema Konsumverhalten und Fairer Handel sowie Nachhaltigkeit wird fortgeführt.

Die Bildungsarbeit erfolgt nach den Prinzipien des Globalen Lernens. Die Infothek wird weiterhin Anlaufstelle für entwicklungspolitisch Interessierte sein, besonders der Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Südwind-Projekten in Schulen dienen. Angebote zur Beratung und ReferentInnenvermittlung zu entwicklungspolitischen Themen werden fortgeführt. Die Seminare für LehrerInnen und Studierende in Kooperation mit den Pädagogischen Hochschulen in Salzburg werden fortgeführt. Darüber hinaus ist ein umfangreiches Workshop-Programm für Schulen (120x/Jahr) vorgesehen. Das Salzburger Netzwerk für Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung und Globales Lernen (sabine) wird von Südwind Salzburg koordiniert, woraus weitere gemeinsame Veranstaltungen mit lokalen AkteurInnen der Bildungsarbeit zur UNESCO-Dekade für Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung resultieren. Zielgruppen sind MultiplikatorInnen, LehrerInnen, KindergärtnerInnen, HorterzieherInnen, SchülerInnen, StudentInnen und entwicklungspolitisch Interessierte.


Das Projekt wird aus OEZA-Mitteln in der Höhe von Euro 120.000,- (58,56 % des Gesamtprojektvolumens) angesucht.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
