Overall goal


Die Strategische Partnerschaft mit der OMV zielt darauf ab, systemischen Wandel und nachhaltige Entwicklung zu unterstützen. Der Fokus liegt auf den Bereichen Vocational Education und Training (Berufsbildung) und Local Economic Development (wirtschaftliche Entwicklung). Innerhalb von fünf Jahren sollen in verschiedenen Ländern entsprechende Community Development Projekte realisiert werden.

Das erste Projekt soll in Tunesien (Gabes, Medenine und Kebili) umgesetzt werden. Hier kann die OMV einerseits auf Erfahrungen in Tataouine zurückgreifen. Andererseits fand durch Berücksichtigung von Erfahrungen und Qualitätskriterien der ADA eine umfassende Weiterentwicklung statt. Zu Beginn des Projekts steht eine Inception Phase. Innerhalb von 6 Monaten sollen offene Fragen zu Stakeholdern und lokalen Erfordernissen in der Zielregion geklärt werden. Auf dieser Basis soll eine Implementierung der Maßnahmen erfolgen.

Außerdem sollen im Rahmen der Strategischen Partnerschaft Projektaktivitäten in einem weiteren Land vorbereitet werden (Inception Phase Country B).

Darüber hinaus soll eine "International Knowledge Exchange Platform" (IKEF) zur Nachhaltigkeit und Breitenwirksamkeit der Strategischen Partnerschaft beitragen: Wechselnde Stakeholder sollen zu einem Wissens- und Erfahrungsaustausch eingeladen werden. Das in der Partnerschaft generierte Wissen wird so einem breiten Kreis an Interessierten zugänglich gemacht und repliziert.

Folgende Ergebnisse werden aus der Strategischen Partnerschaft erwartet:

100 - 200 TeilnehmerInnen profitieren von den IKEF-Aktivitäten

200 - 400 Mitglieder der lokalen Gemeinden (einschließlich besonders benachteiligte Gruppen) werden trainiert und qualifiziert (Ihre Employability für verschiedene Sektoren gestärkt).

50 - 150 Lokale TrainerInnen und LehrerInnen werden trainiert oder höher qualifiziert

100 - 200 KleinunternehmerInnen werden beim Auf- und Ausbau ihrer Firmen unterstützt um Jobs in der Region zu schaffen.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
