Overall goal


Das Ziel des Projekts ist es, Online- und Blended-Learning-Programme im Bereich Wirtschaft im Kosovo anzubieten.

 


Expected results


Das Ziel ist erreicht, wenn online Kurse von der UASF entwickelt, zertifiziert und angeboten werden und ein MBA Programm bereit ist, eingeführt zu werden. Hinsichtlich der Zertifizierung wird mit dem

Ministry of Education, Science and Technology und der Kosovo Accreditation Agency kooperiert.

 


Target group / Beneficiaries


Von der WIPA profitieren die University of Applied Studies Ferizaj, die Chamber of Commerce Prishtina und 20 lokale Unternehmen (davon 10 von Frauen geführt). Insgesamt werden 4 Jobs direkt geschaffen. Im ersten Durchgang werden ca 24 Studierende von dem Projekt profitieren. Ein Stipendiensystem wird sicherstellen, dass insbesondere auch benachteiligte Gruppen Zugang zu den Lehrgängen haben. Langfristig wird sich die Zahl der Nutznießer vervielfältigen.

Activities


Folgende Maßnahmen werden umgesetzt:

1) Gründung einer ASAS Niederlassung.

2) Das Curriculum für die neuen Fernlehrgänge und die multifunktionale E-Learning-Plattform wird entwickelt und umgesetzt. Hier wird eng mit einer österreichischen Universität (Universität Graz) zusammengearbeitet.

3) E-Learning-Content wird eingeführt und ist funktionsfähig. Der erste Online-Kurs für betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung ist verfügbar.

4) Ein Twinning Program mit einer österreichischen Universität wird aufgebaut. Es ist angedacht, dass Zertifikate sowohl von UASF und der österreichischen Universität ausgestellt werden.

5) das Curriculum des MBA-Studiums wird entwickelt und bei den zuständigen Institutionen akkreditiert.


Context


Im Kosovo gibt es keine Fernlehrgänge oder Blended-Learning-Programme. Darüber hinaus gibt es kein lokales MBA Programm. Diese Lücke möchten die Partner schließen und hier ein Angebot schaffen.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
