Projektziel
The main objective of the project is to improve the psychosocial wellbeing of children and families in Iraq through implementing psychosocial programmes in schools and communities. o Conducting seminars for 40 primary health care workers;
o Performing outreaching psychosocial activities in schools;
o Establishing a community centre for children;
o Supporting activities of social workers in the Centre and in schools of the Babylon Region;
o Arranging study visits of Iraqi professionals to Slovenia;
o Publishing a manual on psychosocial training programmes in Iraq;
o Strengthening the Iraqi NGO sector in the psychosocial field;
o Consolidating an office of the Foundation TOGETHER (Regional Centre for the Psychosocial Wellbeing of Children) in Baghdad
