Projektziel


The objective is the design, planning and the tender document for a First Class Training Hotel as a part of the overall HTMTI project. The type of construction, functional performance, design, and technical resources of the hotel are intended to make an innovative contribution to the development efforts in the tourism sector.

The building will be developed as a prototype of a low-energy structure, and the component elements of the building technology required for the desired standard will be adapted to the requirements of this type of construction. The development and planning of the project should be such so as to allow for the incorporation of basic elements of Bhutanese architecture. The construction materials used and the design selected should accord with the criteria of environmental compatibility and the capacity for regeneration.

The objectives are that the knowledge gained from this project could be transferred to buildings being constructed in the future, as well as a possible transfer of outside technical civil engineering know-how to Bhutanese partners.

  • Sektor: bezeichnet den wirtschaftlichen oder sozialen Sektor des Partnerlandes, welcher mit dem Projekt/Programm unterstützt wird.
  • Tied/Untied: Ungebundene (untied) Hilfe ermöglicht dem Projektpartner im Entwicklungsland - unter Befolgung der lokalen Beschaffungsregeln - freie Entscheidung über die Herkunftsländer im Zuge der Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen und Waren. Gebundene (tied) Hilfe verknüpft die Hilfsleistung auf die Beschaffung aus dem Geberland oder aus einem eingeschränkten Kreis von Ländern.
